Slacking and Getting Motivated

I have been slacking soooooooo much! the fact of the matter is that it is way easier to slack on your plan and just look up tips and recipes on Pinterest instead. But here is the thing. For me i am only 3 months out from the wedding now (actually to the day) and I need to get on it. I actually lost a good amount just by changing my schedule and eating less. Now its crunch time though (pun intended) and I need to get on it.

Ran a 5k!

Wow, Its been like almost a year!
I would love to say that I have lost so much weight. Sadly, I cannot. However I can say that I have ran in a 5K! If you don't believe me just check the picture!
