I joined a gym and have already been there twice!
If you don't really like gyms because of the smelly-ness or grossness i recommend trying a Planet Fitness if you have one near you.

A Great Start...Not!
So... a great yet completely horrible way to start a diet/workout routine is with a stomach virus. 2 days of complete nausea and not being able to keep anything down. Do not try this at home! The great part is i lost like 10 pounds the horrible part is it was just water weight so it all came back a few days later...great. Then as soon as I was feeling better I decided to get cut by a rusty piece of metal and had to get a tetanus shot (which makes your arm hurt...like a lot). So now that it is like a week later I was finally able to start on my working out, although I had to take it slow because apparently it takes me FOREVER to get over a stomach bug.

Time to Start
So I am now engaged and moved into my new home and it is now time for loosing weight that I have been meaning to loose. For years I have recorded my thoughts in journals but that's old school now. I hope that updating will keep me on top of things. I want to loose weight not only for my upcoming wedding and for the sake of liking the pictures but also so that I will be healthier. Hopefully the wedding will be a constant motivator. right now I am like 5 ft 5.5 in and weigh in at right around 200lbs, depending on the time of day. In the next couple of months I hope that I will be able to loose like 30lbs from minor dieting and focusing on exercise.
