Sticking With It

Wow it's been a while since I have posted! Busy does not even begin to describe it. I know its no excuse though.

Well, its a little over halfway through the year and I have to admit I am a bit stuck. But I am down in weight from the last post so (see picture). It's not a huge difference but it is significant in what clothes I am able to wear. Since the picture I think I went down a few pounds, however its nothing one would be able to see through a picture.



With my hubby off on his own adventure I have been able to eat in smaller portions and have cut down the sweets. I should be going to the gym (and for longer) than I have been, however I don't have to tell all of you how difficult that is. Yoga was a consistent thing for a while however, I lost my buddy to tons of school work.

I tend to post on here when I am reaffirming my goals. So Here goes.

I will do 30 minutes of cardio per day
I will eat clean and healthy
I will do what I know will help, even when I don't want to
(I never want to go to yoga but I'm always glad I did)
I will use meditation and other skills to prevent emotional eating

I hope some of you will be able to relate to my struggle and hope these goals provide a good template for you.
