So I have been concentrating on improving my cardio stamina and trying to train to be able to run/jog/walk a 5k in April...we'll see how that goes. I went from only being able to go for 30 seconds maybe to being able to run for like 2-3 minutes. It does not really sound like a lot but its a big step for me!!!
The only problem is with my not really eating well I am stuck at 195, at least for right now. I guess I need to give up the ice cream, but its difficult.
Things will start getting more difficult soon because I will have 2 part time jobs while planning my wedding and studying to become a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). No pressure. The good news is that I already have my dress and we found a venue that we love! Now I just have to take care of all the details.
